Jasper acquires new industrial asset in Wiri
The acquisition of 6 Hautu Drive is the latest addition to Jasper's industrial mandate targeting Value-Add logistics and industrial investments.
Constructed in 2005, the asset is a modern, high-specification facility featuring full precast concrete construction, high-stud warehousing, and a heavy-duty slab. The flexible layout and clear-span design make the asset well suited to a range of industrial users.
Zoned Heavy Industry, the site offers long-term flexibility for a broad range of manufacturing and logistics uses.
Strategically located in Wiri, the property benefits from excellent access to major infrastructure, including the Wiri Inland Container Terminal, Auckland Airport, and the Onehunga–Penrose industrial corridor. This area continues to attract significant investment, reinforcing its status as a key logistics and distribution hub.
The acquisition reflects Jasper’s continued conviction in the long-term structural demand for well-located industrial assets, supported by constrained land supply, evolving tenant requirements, and strong occupier fundamentals across Auckland’s core submarkets.
